Irina Shabrina is a Partner of TIVACO Experts, a business strategist, executive adviser and co-founder of AI-driven ventures with more than 25 years of international experience across Europe and Asia.

She has held senior management positions leading business development, market expansion and transformation initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and industries. Her experience includes launching new businesses, establishing international operations and managing complex stakeholder relationships in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.

Irina advises founders, executives and leadership teams on strategic decision-making, organisational challenges, negotiation, facilitation and mediation. Her work focuses on helping organisations navigate high-stakes situations involving conflicting stakeholder interests, significant change and business uncertainty.

She is also actively involved in developing AI-powered solutions for expert witnesses, consultants and professional service firms, with a particular focus on enhancing analytical workflows, knowledge management and decision support.

Irina holds degrees in Economics and Psychology and is an executive coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
